Thank you for taking the time to read this brief introduction about Kingmek Ltd. We are a medium sized mechanical, electrical and public health engineering contractor.

Our particular area of expertise is in design and build contracting, for which we carry full professional indemnity. Our approach to contracting is to work in partnership with our clients with a commitment to developing an open and honest professional and personal relationship. We strive to produce cost effective and compliant solutions for our customers. Having listened carefully to our partner’s requirements we work diligently to provide innovative, carefully designed and competitive proposals. In addition, our design and commercial expertise has been of significant advantage to clients in value engineering, pre-designed projects. 

We systemise our approach to jobs and whenever possible we use well tried and tested installation methods and materials. However; we have also successfully implemented new technology solutions as per our client’s requirements (e.g. Solar PV, CHP and heat pumps). We have implemented formal controls to manage our safety, quality, planning, procurement, construction, financial, commissioning and handover procedures. We find that these approaches have given our clients the best possible value for money, and installations that work effectively, efficiently and don’t give problems.

The principals of the company have a “hands on” approach and we base ourselves as much as possible on the projects under construction. Our approach and methodology has been fundamental to our success to date. This has proved to be of substantial benefit to our clients which is reflected in the level of our repeat business as we have outlined in the project resumes enclosed.
