We have developed a customised quality manual covering all aspects of our business.
The manual is focused on the management of our projects and provides guidance to our workforce on all facets of our construction works.

Our Bespoke Project Procurement Processes
With a view to company requirements, Kingmek Ltd has designed and implemented a bespoke procurement system, tailor made to our specific needs. Each project is individually defined but with full access to complete supplier and product database, which is updated and maintained by a System Administrator.
The entire product database is priced which significantly supports cost controls. Each transaction has a unique order number to easily track all individual procurements. At the outset preferred suppliers are identified by our Procurement Manager. Site supervision is then required to submit order requests to the office who raise orders and copy to supervision. This same order number is used to manage the order and receipt of products.
Orders are only closed once quantities and conformities have been confirmed from site. The procurement system is also designed to control contract material quantities which are initially established prior to commencing works.

Sprinkler systems are designed, installed, commissioned and certified in accordance with BS9251-2021 Regulations.
