Form of Contract: HVAC strippout and installation
Project Description:
This project is ongoing and will be due to open in March 2024, it consists of a decommissioning and strip-out phase of an existing ventilation installation and then will be replaced with an integrated mechanical heat recovery and air conditioning system at Guinness Store House.
The area will become a visitor display area taking the visitor through the various ingredients used in the making of Guinness with each area requireing a tailored set of environmental conditions which will be controlled by the HVAC system and BMS.
