Project Description:
The project comprises of a 145 bedroom nursing home that encludes en-suite bedrooms, day rooms, dining rooms, activity and therapy rooms, support rooms, central kitchen and courtyard gardens.
Kingmek carried out the full mechanical design, installation and commissioning the nursing home to the latest residential care standards. The facility also included a 42KVA combined heat and power unit.
