Form of Contract: Mechanical services strippout and installation
Project Description:
This project is a fitout for a high end clothing store on Dublins Grafton Street and will be due to open in December 2023, the first phase of this project was to decommission an existing ventilation and air conditioning system and recommission an existing heating and water services instalaltion within the existing store.
We then installed a new heat recovery ventilation system and air conditioning units which were integrated into the furniture and walls of the store.
The job also consisted of the fitout of 2no. bathrooms and miscellaneous back of house areas which required water, ventilation and heating.
